Age Requirements

Pre Accesex is intended for mature 17+ teaser and creator-discovery content. Accesex is intended as an 18+ adult creator platform. Users must meet the required minimum age for each platform area.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate platform rules.

Creator Content

Creators are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is lawful, that they have the rights and permissions to upload it, and that all visible participants meet verification requirements where applicable.

Creator Ownership

Creators retain ownership and intellectual property rights to their uploaded material.

By uploading content to Pre Accesex or Accesex, creators grant the platform permission to host, display, stream, distribute within the platform, create thumbnails or previews, and use creator content for discovery, marketing, and promotional purposes while they remain an active creator with us.

Watermarking

Video and image playback may include watermarking or other protective measures intended to discourage unauthorized redistribution and help protect creator intellectual property.

Prohibited Content

Prohibited content includes underage content, non-consensual content, illegal content, explicit content on Pre Accesex, copyright infringement, impersonation, spam, scams, malware, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or other content that violates platform rules.

Moderation

Content may be reviewed, reported, restricted, hidden, or removed. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Taxes and Legal Compliance

Creators are responsible for reporting income, paying taxes, following applicable laws, and consulting qualified professionals when needed.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
